Dan Schrementi has a rich work experience in the gaming industry. Dan started their career in 2000 as the Ad Production Manager for The Daily Vidette, where they managed a team of ad production artists. Dan then had a full-time internship with the Chicago White Sox in 2003, where they worked in advertising and community relations, including involvement in the 2003 MLB All-Star Game.
In 2004, Schrementi joined Incredible Technologies, a casino and arcade game manufacturer, as a Marketing Associate. Dan supported product promotion and developed online marketing programs for popular video game franchises such as Golden Tee Golf and Silver Strike Bowling. Dan also played a key role in their diversification into casino gaming, handling market planning, branding, public relations, and channel development.
Schrementi eventually became the Marketing Manager/Director at Incredible Technologies, leading strategic brand initiatives and new media programs for their amusement games. Dan also contributed to the company's expansion into casino gaming, focusing on sales support, event planning, and product development support.
In 2012, Schrementi was promoted to Vice President of Gaming Sales & Marketing, overseeing the sales and marketing of Incredible Technologies' casino game business segment. Dan managed a team of 11 executives and was responsible for delivering corporate revenue targets in various gaming jurisdictions worldwide. Dan also served on the company's executive advisory team.
In June 2021, Schrementi rose to the role of President of Gaming at Incredible Technologies. In this position, they are responsible for the casino gaming division, overseeing daily operations, strategic management, product development, marketing, sales, service, and business development. Dan focuses on multiple market segments, including video slots, tribal gaming, online/interactive gaming, electronic table games, and emerging markets.
Dan Schrementi earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University from 1998 to 2002. Dan then went on to pursue further education and obtained their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University, completing the program from 2009 to 2013.
