In 2015, Justin took on a role as a Teaching Assistant at Rowan University, where they assisted in a Master's Networking course. Their responsibilities included managing paperwork, grading assignments, and holding weekly office hours to support students.

In 2016, they transitioned to Mission Solutions Engineering, LLC, working as a Software Engineer until 2017. Here, they developed their technical skills in software engineering and contributed to various projects.
