Jonathan Santos has extensive experience in the IT service management sector, currently serving as a Service Delivery Coordinator and previously as a Service Support Team Leader at ITSM Corporation since February 2015. Responsibilities include performance and resource management, along with leading service request management and incident management processes. Jonathan also has a background as a Service Support Analyst, where duties encompassed handling IT-related issues, communication with clients and partners, and managing inventory systems. Jonathan's earlier role as a Data Processing Technician at the University of the Cordilleras involved data entry and operation of communication equipment. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of the Cordilleras, completed between 2017 and 2021.
