Peter Schmiedel

Peter Schmiedel is an experienced Managing Consultant at iTSM Group since August 2021 and has held various leadership roles in the IT Service Management sector. Prior to this, Peter served as Practice Partner at Fruition Partners, a DXC Technology Company, where responsibilities included leading the German ServiceNow practice and ensuring quality customer delivery. Peter's career also includes significant positions at Agfa HealthCare as Program Manager for ServiceNow rollouts, and various project management and analytical roles at Agfa Gevaert NV and AG. With a foundational education from Käthe-Kollwitz-Gymnasium, Peter combines extensive industry knowledge with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
