After their military service, Tobias transitioned to the private sector holding various positions at iTSM Group, where Tobias currently serves as the Head of Integrated Account Justiz and Head of Digital Services Advisory. Beckmann also has experience as a consultant, project manager, and leader in datacenter transformation. Tobias holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Bundeswehr University Munich.
