Jennifer Winkler Larosa, MPH, is an experienced professional specializing in government affairs and public policy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Government Affairs at MARTA since September 2023, Jennifer has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of State and Local Government Relations at Ohio River South and Vice President of State Government Relations at McGuireWoods Consulting. As a board member of Advance Atlanta and the Council for Quality Growth, Jennifer has contributed to strategic initiatives and advocacy efforts at multiple levels of government.
