Jermaine Charleston

Jermaine Charleston has extensive experience in human resource information systems, currently serving as the Sr Human Resource Information System Manager at MARTA since April 1999. In this role, Jermaine manages the Oracle (HCM) technology roadmap, supports HR initiatives, and provides strategic recommendations for system solutions. Previous roles include Human Resource Information System Manager, where Jermaine led HRIS staff and oversaw system design and implementation, and HR Information Systems Analyst, focusing on data management and application support.
