Ralph Mckinney

Mr. McKinney is a safety executive with over 25 years of transit and public safety experience, who served as the Chief Safety & Security Officer for Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit in Honolulu, HI. His experience includes employment with Chicago Transit Authority, Utah Transit Authority, Salt Lake City Fire Department, and active service with the United States Air Force. Mr. McKinney has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT; and a Master of Public Administration Degree with a concentration in Strategic Planning and Program Management from Cappella University, Minneapolis, MN. He is a Certified Safety Executive (WSO-CSE), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Transit Safety and Security Professional (TSSP).
