Koen Dolfen has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. In their most recent position as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at itsme Digital ID, Koen is responsible for overseeing commercial operations. Prior to this, they worked at Showpad as the Vice President of Sales - Global Key Accounts, managing a global team and driving customer retention and growth. They also held the role of Director of Customer Success - Global Key Accounts at Showpad. Before joining Showpad, Koen worked at Oracle as a Senior CX Account Executive & Project Manager. They also gained experience in customer success and project management roles at ACTITO. Koen's earlier experiences include working as a Strategic Project Manager and Strategy & Brand Associate at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), a Management Trainee at Imtech Belgium, and a Commercial Representative at D'Ieteren. They also completed internships as a Business Strategy Consultant at La Capoise Galerie, Zhejiang Holley International Development Co., Ltd., and Nexenture, where they conducted research, developed marketing strategies, and proposed new market positions.
Koen Dolfen has a diverse education history. Koen completed a Master's degree in Global entrepreneurship program from three different schools: Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, emlyon business school, and Zhejiang University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven from 2009 to 2011. Koen'seducational background also includes a Master's degree in Management and entrepreneurship from Belgium Jobs, which they completed from 2005 to 2009.
