Misha Aghamalyan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at ITSOFT.co.il since August 2022, Misha previously held the position of Lead Engineer at The Magical Labs, where contributions included application architecture design and development of a desktop application for video augmentation using C++, OpenGL, and TensorFlow. Misha also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Hex Division, leading a diverse team and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Additional experience includes research at Gate42 Quantum Computing Lab, focusing on error mitigation for quantum computers, and back-end development at BetConstruct, delivering real-time applications. Misha holds a PhD in Physics, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Semiconductor Physics and Microelectronics from Yerevan State University.
