Eddie J Sijapati

Eddie J Sijapati has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Sales Executive at Linkplus offshore, where they collaborated with a team of 30 to 40 individuals and managed customer escalations. From 2013 to 2015, Eddie held multiple positions at Jasper IT, including Head of Department/Project Manager and Team Leader/Supervisor. In these roles, they motivated and supervised teams, achieved sales quotas, and implemented measures for performance improvement. Eddie J then worked as an Operations Sales Manager at Pragmatic Media Solution from 2015 to 2017, where they supervised operations and collections, assigned individual targets, and achieved sales and design objectives. Eddie joined EBCG in 2016 and worked as an Event Expert and Event OnBoarding Agent, responsible for marketing conferences, conducting research, and identifying opportunities for events. In 2018, they served as a Delegate Acquisition Manager at both UNLEASH and The HR Congress, where they played a key role in organizing large-scale events focused on the future of work and technology. Eddie's most recent roles include Records and Information Manager at Tata Consultancy Services in 2021 and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alpha Beta Theta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and ITsutra in 2023. Eddie J is currently employed as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ITsutra.

Eddie J Sijapati obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from St. Xavier's College Kathmandu, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Eddie J then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at Brilliant multiple campus, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Kathmandu International school from 2006 to 2009, where they completed their high school education in the field of Computer Science. Additionally, Eddie J Sijapati has obtained certifications in Persuasive Selling, Selling with Stories, and Social Media Marketing for Small Business from LinkedIn in October 2016 and 2017.
