Chris Morgan

Chris Morgan is an experienced executive in software asset management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ITSX since October 2020, previously holding the position of Head of Sales and Partnerships and SAM consultant at Astute Licensing, which Chris founded in April 2016. Astute Licensing is recognized for its innovative Astute Contract Optimizer, earning accolades such as Gartner Cool Vendor in ITAM 2018 and ITAMReview Innovation of the Year 2017. Prior roles include Global License Management lead at AstraZeneca, where Chris managed a multi-million dollar license management team and oversaw significant optimization projects. Additional experience encompasses software license management positions at United Utilities, Unilever, and ICT Shared Services. Chris holds a Business Degree (Hons) from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 2007.
