Shwetal Shah

Shwetal Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, engineering, and management. Currently serving as the Global Director of R&D and Engineering at ITT Engineered Valves since January 2024, Shwetal previously held the position of Director & Head of the India Technology Center at ITT Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. from 2018 to January 2024. Prior roles include Vice President & Head of Engineering, R&D, Sales & Marketing at Premium Transmission Limited, and Dy General Manager in Industrial Products Engineering and R&D at L&T Technology Services Limited. Early career experiences include managerial roles at Onward Technologies and Bosch Rexroth India. Shwetal earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from L.D. College of Engineering.
