Lauren Kaczor Rodo

Lauren Kaczor Rodo has a diverse work experience in engineering and public service. Lauren began their career as an Associate Engineer at Gaymar Industries in 2010, where they gained valuable experience in engineering. Lauren then joined ITT Enidine in 2011 as an Engineering Intern before being promoted to the role of Jr Engineer in 2013. In 2017, they became a Project Design Engineer II at ITT Enidine, where they continued to contribute their engineering skills. In 2020, Lauren took on a new role as the Orchard Park Village Trustee, demonstrating their passion for public service. Lauren Kaczor Rodo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Saint Bonaventure University from 2014 to 2016.
