Barbara Moreno

Barbara Moreno is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and industrial relations. Currently serving as the CCT Talent Director at ITT Inc. since July 2015, Barbara has also held roles as HR Director and Business Partner, and Senior Human Resources Manager within the same company. Prior to ITT Inc., Barbara was the Human Resources Manager at CSI Closure System International from July 2011 to April 2014, and served as Industrial Relations Manager and Chief of Personnel at Magna Exteriors and Magna Interiors from September 2007 to November 2010. Barbara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Labor and Industrial Relations from CETYS Universidad, earned between 2013 and 2015.
