Brad Schafer

Brad Schafer has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Brad recently served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at ITT Inc. starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Aggregate Strategies from March 2021 to July 2023. Brad Schafer's longest tenure was with the United States Air Force, where they served as a Senior Master Sergeant on active duty for 26 years. During their time in the Air Force, Brad held various leadership positions and was responsible for managing large teams, overseeing global missions, and ensuring the well-being of personnel. Brad'sroles also included training development, quality assurance, and project management. Brad Schafer concluded their service with the Air Force in July 2020.

Brad Schafer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Southwestern College, which they completed in 2012. Brad also holds an Associate's degree in Human Resource from the Community College of the Air Force, completed in 2014. In addition, they have an Associate's Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Southwestern College, completed in 2011. Lastly, they have an Associate's degree in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, completed in 2008.
