Cheryl Graziano

Cheryl Graziano has extensive work experience in various financial and accounting roles. Cheryl is currently the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at ITT Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Party City as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), Vice President and Global Controller, and Vice President Financial Reporting & Accounting. Cheryl also held roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as the Assistant Corporate Controller, Global Leader for Corporate Technical Accounting and SOX Compliance, and Director of Corporate and Technical Accounting. Before that, they worked at IBM as the Principal Accounting Advisor for Accounting Policy and External Reporting. Cheryl also has experience as the Vice President of Financial Research and Accounting Policy at Financial Executives International, the Vice President and CFO of Bi Logix, Inc., and the Controller at Perseus Books Group. Cheryl began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at CNBC and a Senior Associate at PwC.

Cheryl Graziano obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Baruch College, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Journalism at Iona University from 1998 to 2005.
