Ellen McMillan

Ellen McMillan currently serves as the VP and GM of Connectors Europe at ITT Inc., a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ellen led Oktalite as Managing Director from April 2020 to August 2021. From July 2013 to December 2019, Ellen was the General Manager for Greater China at HARTING, overseeing sales, marketing, and technical support across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Ellen's earlier tenure at HARTING included roles such as General Manager for China Sales and Managing Director of HARTING AG Biel, focusing on sales, R&D, and site strategy. Ellen also spent significant time at Molex, where positions included Vice President and General Manager of the Antenna Business Unit, successfully driving revenue growth and establishing operations in India. Ellen began at Molex in various roles in business development and project management, contributing to the establishment of an antenna production facility in China. Ellen's career commenced at AHC Oberflaechentechnik, working on key projects in automotive and telecommunications. Ellen earned a PhD in Chemistry with a focus on Polymer Chemistry and Surface Technology from the University of Cologne.
