Marion Nikoloudaki

Marion Nikoloudaki is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data, Analytics, AI/ML at ITT Inc. since April 2024. With extensive experience at Pobuca since January 2017, including roles as Board Advisor, Data Science & AI Consultant, and Product Director for the Pobuca Platform, Marion has played a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement through advanced data solutions. Prior to this, Marion led the Data Science & Machine Learning team at Light & Wonder from November 2020 to March 2024, overseeing comprehensive projects and driving the company's transition to a Data Lake architecture. Early career milestones include consultancy roles at Pobuca – Sieben and a Systems Administrator position at Athens University of Economics and Business. Marion holds a Master of Science in Data Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution.
