Xiaozhen Wu is currently the Director of Global Talent/Human Capital Analytics at ITT Inc. Prior to this, Xiaozhen held various roles in human resources and data management at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Bank of China, Gamco Corporation, Retensa Employee Retention, Hofstra University, and C&D Management Consulting. Xiaozhen's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, a Master of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Fudan University, and multiple bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
