Yelena Simonyuk

Yelena Simonyuk's work experience includes serving as the Vice President & General Counsel of the CCT Division at ITT Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. from 2019 to 2023, where they started as the General Counsel and was promoted to interim Chief Legal Officer. Their role at Comtech involved overseeing all legal matters, developing the legal department, and advising the Board of Directors. Yelena also has previous experience as a Special Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP from 2002 to 2019, and as an Intern at the City of New Haven Business Development Department and the Enterprise Community, as well as the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Yelena Simonyuk began their education in 1995 at Yale University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1998, they participated in a spring term study abroad program at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Yelena went on to pursue a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Duke University School of Law from 1999 to 2002.
