Senthil Kumar T.K.M. began their work experience at CSS Corp in 2008, where they started as a Trainee and eventually took on the role of Test Engineer. Senthil Kumar primarily focused on automating the testing of health care insurance and entertainment projects using TestComplete. In 2010, they joined Ivesia Solutions as a Test Engineer, responsible for CRM & Connect Lead products. Senthil Kumar handled all QA activities and was proficient in manual testing. In 2011, along with a partner, they started itTrident Software Services (formerly known as Testing Solutionz), aiming to provide cost-effective software testing services using new technologies. Senthil Kumar held the position of Partner and Director - SQA Engineering at the company.

Senthil Kumar T.K.M. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering at National Engineering College, Kovilpatti from 2003 to 2007.
