Nikolay Mantchev

Nikolay Mantchev has more than 20 years of experience in various roles related to cloud services, DevOps, and IT operations. Nikolay currently works as the Director Cloud Services at ITTStar Consulting LLC, where their responsibilities include leading the Azure Cloud practice and expanding the Azure practice to achieve the Microsoft Solution Partner status. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of DevOps at Pathward for two years.

Before joining ITTStar Consulting LLC and Pathward, Nikolay held the position of Director Cloud Services at ITTStar Consulting LLC from 2019 to 2021, where they led the Cloud and Consulting practice, focusing on Cloud Operations, Cloud Security, and Cloud Consulting in AWS and Azure. Nikolay also worked as a Sr. IT Operations Consultant at Fiserv from 2017 to 2019.

During their tenure at T-Mobile, Nikolay held several roles, including Director Back Office, Infrastructure and DevOps Services, Director Database Services and Performance Engineering, and Director Database Administration. In these roles, they were responsible for building and managing Back Office Operations, IT4IT departments, as well as directing database departments and performance testing. Nikolay successfully led transformations and achieved stability in database operations.

Nikolay also has experience working as a Sr. IT Consultant at NextGen Inc. and BriteByte Consulting, as well as holding management positions at Schlumberger Information Solutions, Sema Group, and LHS in the field of infrastructure consulting, database management, and Unix consulting.

Nikolay Mantchev completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Technische Universität Dresden from 1977 to 1980. Nikolay then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution from 1980 to 1982. In addition to their degrees, Nikolay Mantchev has received additional certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, ITIL - Foundations Exam from HP, and Six Sigma - Green Belt from Georgia State University.
