Shawn Duchac

Shawn Duchac is an experienced Operations Manager who has worked at ITU AbsorbTech since March 2017. Prior to that, Shawn has held production roles at Patrick Industries, Inc., Robert Weed Plywood, and KIK Custom Products, where Shawn gained experience in project management, lean tools, and team leadership. Shawn pursued higher education at Indiana University South Bend and Macomb Community College with a focus on General Studies.
