Adam Heleniak

Adam Heleniak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience design and management. Currently serving as a Senior UX Manager and UX Design Manager at Queue-it since September 2022, Adam also contributes as an External Lecturer at IT-Universitetet i København. Prior to these roles, Adam led a team at DHI as Head of User Research & Design, emphasizing user experience and research while fostering team growth. Adam's background includes positions such as Design Manager and Senior User Experience Designer at GN Hearing A/S and Oticon, where key projects focused on user research and the development of mobile applications for hearing aids. Adam's earlier experience includes roles in video production and frontend development, complemented by degrees in Telecommunications and Computer Science from DTU and Lodz University of Technology.
