Louise Harder Fischer

Louise Harder Fischer serves as the Head of the Digital Business Innovation Section at IT-Universitetet i København since January 2022, where also holds the position of Associate Professor. Louise is an External Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School since 2000, teaching courses on IT-Change Management and supervising students' theses in the areas of IT adoption and diffusion. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at both IT-Universitetet i København and Copenhagen Business School, as well as positions at Roskilde University, Danish School of Media and Journalism, and Relation Technologies. Louise has a PhD in Management Information Systems from IT-Universitetet i København and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. Additionally, Louise has contributed as a speaker on topics related to technology and organizational transformation, and has a background in research partnerships focusing on end-user adoption of IT.
