Willian Lemos is a Product Owner with over three years of experience managing backlogs, defining user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders to align with business objectives. In their most recent role at Núclea, they translated business requirements into practical solutions using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Prior to this, Willian held various positions, including Senior Software Testing Analyst at CIP and Senior Systems Analyst at RSI Informática, where they developed skills in quality analysis, automation testing, and business needs mapping.
