Carlos Eizaguirre Charle

Carlos Eizaguirre Charle is an experienced professional in production management, currently serving as the Director of Production at ITURRI Group since September 2005. In this role, Carlos leads a team of 120 individuals, driving continuous improvement through safety and teamwork, optimizing processes, and overseeing workload planning. Previously, Carlos held positions at ITURRI Group, including Factory Manager for two locations. Carlos has also served as Plant Director at Andamios In SA and held various production leadership roles at Goratu Máquinas Herramienta S.A., bringing extensive expertise in team leadership, process modernization, and technical product development. Carlos earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea between 1992 and 1997.
