Ituse Agro is a Zambian agribusiness transforming agriculture through a hybrid contract farming model that combines quality-controlled commercial production with inclusive smallholder farmer integration.

We work with agro-buyers and processors to deliver premium, traceable crops, such as seed maize, wheat, and soybean, under forward contracts. To meet volume and quality expectations, 80% of the crops are grown on our own commercial farm, while 20% are produced by smallholder farmers, primarily women and youth, who receive input loans, solar-powered irrigation, training, and guaranteed off-take.

Our model doesn’t just increase yields, it opens stable markets for underserved rural farmers, helping them grow their income and resilience, while ensuring buyers receive consistent, high-quality supply.
