Erica McKenna

Erica McKenna serves as Vice President of Human Resources at ITV America since December 2015, a role Erica has held concurrently with the position of Director of Human Resources at ITV. Prior to these positions, McKenna was the Director of Human Resources at Universal Music Group and held similar HR leadership roles at EMI Music, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and strategies. Earlier career experience includes a Sales Manager position at CitiStaffing LLC and administrative support as an Executive Assistant at J. Walter Thompson. McKenna holds a Master of Arts in Education from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo, along with a Certificate in Spanish from Universidad de Salamanca.
