Gemma's expertise in employee relations and HR practices is supported by a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Practice, among other qualifications. Prior to their current position, they contributed to operational HR support, coaching, and managing employee performance. Gemma has been an integral part of teams that enhance organizational values and drive service delivery through effective people solutions.
