Helen Hopkins

Helen Hopkins is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management, learning, and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Director for ITV since April 2015, Helen oversees the Centre of Excellence for UK and International businesses, focusing on resourcing, talent succession planning, performance management, and organizational culture. Previously, as Director and Executive Coach at Big People Ideas Ltd, Helen provided consultancy services on organizational design and leadership development. Helen's career also includes a significant tenure at Vodafone, where key contributions included leading talent and capability initiatives across global operations, and an early role as Senior HR Business Partner at BAE Systems. Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Durham University and an MSc in HRM & Industrial Relations from The University of Manchester.
