Theo Nicolaou

Theo Nicolaou is an experienced Front End Engineering Manager at ITV, overseeing a team of seven developers across four cross-functional product teams in the Digital Media department since August 2021. Prior to this, Theo served as Lead Developer at the Natural History Museum from 2018, following a period as Acting Lead Developer. Responsibilities included technical leadership and project coordination for web development and performance improvements. Previous roles also include Senior Front End Developer and Front End Developer at the Natural History Museum, as well as Software Engineer at Capgemini, and Senior Web Developer at Pearson Education, where Theo developed various web components and maintained website performance. Theo began the career as a Web Developer at CardBoardFish and The Design Group after earning a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia, Technology and Design from the University of Kent.
