Thomas Fadden is the Founder and CEO of Purple Reach, a disability consultancy based in Norfolk established in October 2016, which focuses on enhancing the understanding of disability among businesses and third sector organizations. Additionally, Thomas serves on the ITV Equality & Diversity panel and has held various roles at Equal Lives, including Chair of the Board of Trustees and Get Yourself Active Sports Officer, where efforts were made to improve access to sports for disabled individuals. Previous experiences include positions related to community development and marketing at institutions such as the University of East Anglia, where Thomas also earned an MSc in Brand Leadership and a BSc in Business Management.
