Melani's educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, GDS certificates from Galileo, Abacus, Amadeus, and a Diploma in Airline Marketing Ticketing & Reservation from the International Airline Ticketing Academy.
