Vanessa Rivera-Miranda has extensive experience in customer service and materials planning, currently serving as a Materials Control Planner at ITW Evercoat since October 2019. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Global Customer Logistics Specialist at the same company. Earlier roles include Customer Service Representative at Veritiv Corporation and over 14 years in various customer service positions at Elof Hansson Group and Eurotrade Paper & Board, Inc., focusing on order planning and logistics coordination. Vanessa's career also includes experience as a Receptionist at Unisource International and CONVERGYS CORP, as well as roles in the marketing department at General Accident Life Assurance Corporation. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music - Voice from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a certification as a Radio and TV Broadcaster from Ohio Center for Broadcasting.
