Esha Gupta

Esha Gupta is an accomplished sales and customer service professional with extensive experience in the food equipment and service industries. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for Western India at ITW Food Equipment Group since September 2025, Esha previously worked as the Assistant Manager of Customer Service at Welbilt Inc. from March 2015 to September 2025, where responsibilities included coordinating client requirements and processing offers and quotations. Prior roles include Service Coordinator at Danfoss India Pvt. Ltd., managing client complaints in Northern and Eastern regions and Bangladesh, and Service Coordinator at Siemens Ltd., focusing on client complaints in the Northern region. Esha began as Head Office Coordinator at Infocom Network Ltd. and holds a PGDM in CRM from Symbiosis Business School, completed in 2009.
