Josh Frank

Josh Frank, CFSP, currently serves as the Director of National Accounts at ITW Food Equipment Group, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Josh gained extensive experience at Henny Penny, where responsibilities included Director of Global Accounts, Director of Product Strategy, Manager of Growth Platforms, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager from April 2016 to September 2025. Previous to Henny Penny, Josh worked as a Product Manager for Fire PPE at LION from January 2015 to April 2016, and served in various roles including Associate Product Manager and Inside Sales at Neff Motivation, Inc. from April 2008 to January 2015. Josh holds a Master of Science in Management from Indiana University East (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University East (2008-2010). Josh also attended Bowling Green State University from 2004 to 2006.
