ITWorks is a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) with over 15 years of experience helping businesses build stronger, more resilient operations.

Founded in 2007 as a managed service provider and system integrator, in 2018 we made a strategic decision to become a dedicated MSSP — because we saw what was coming: cybersecurity threats growing faster than most businesses could respond. Today, protecting and future-proofing businesses is at the core of everything we do.

What we do: We combine Managed Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber Resilience Strategy into a single, coherent service model — so your technology works as a competitive advantage, not a liability.

→ Virtual CISO (vCISO) & Strategic Advisory
→ Managed Security & SOC
→ Threat Intelligence & Vulnerability Management
→ NIS2 & DORA Compliance Readiness
→ Managed IT & Infrastructure

Who we work with: Companies across industries — from growing mid-market businesses to regulated enterprises — that need enterprise-grade cybersecurity and IT without complexity.

Why ITWorks: What sets ITWorks apart is the combination of three things rarely found under one roof:
Strategy AND operations. We don't just advise — we execute. vCISO-level framework design, policy development, and regulatory readiness, combined with 24/7 SOC monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. One team. One contract. Full accountability.

A mature platform from day one. Our SOC infrastructure is fully operational. Clients don't wait months for build-up — they get a running security function immediately.

Regulatory depth built in. NIS2, DORA, PCI DSS, GDPR — not as add-on consulting, but embedded through our Senior Partners: 15+ years in insurance and banking compliance, 20+ years in GRC and critical infrastructure.

If your company is facing NIS2, DORA, or a security audit — and you need a partner who stays after the report is delivered — let's talk.
