Ahmed Effat

Ahmed Effat has work experience in the IT field. Ahmed started their career at Corteva in 2011 as an IT Specialist and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined ITWorx where they held multiple roles including Information System Support Engineer, System Administrator, and Senior Infrastructure Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for troubleshooting network connectivity, maintaining workstations and servers, and solving hardware, software, and network issues.

Ahmed Effat attended Thebes Academy from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Management Information System. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty from Microsoft in February 2023 and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert from Microsoft in November 2022. Ahmed also holds the certification of Exam 345: Designing and Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 (MCSE: Productivity) obtained from Microsoft in May 2020. Ahmed became MCSA: Windows Server 2016 - Certified in April 2020, and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) and ITIL V4 certified, without specified dates of obtaining these certifications.
