Lamia Mahmoud

Lamia Mahmoud has a diverse range of work experience. Lamia started their career at Otis Elevators in 2008 as an IT support analyst, where they worked until 2010. In 2016, they joined ITWorx as an IT Analyst and stayed in that role until 2019. Lamia then became a Lead Project Coordinator at ITWorx from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Lamia holds the position of Customer Success Manager at ITWorx.

Lamia Mahmoud attended The American University in Cairo from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
