Mostafa Mohamed

Mostafa Mohamed has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Mostafa started their career as a Salesperson at IT Store in 2013, where they worked for three months. Mostafa then moved to Resala as a Help Desk employee from September 2013 to May 2014. After that, they joined Sochema and worked as an IT Support Specialist from June 2014 to January 2016, gaining experience in network troubleshooting, system hardware support, antivirus updates, and maintenance upgrades. From February 2016 to October 2017, Mostafa worked at iCall Outsourcing, first as an IT Support Specialist and then as a System Administrator, further enhancing their skills in IT support and system management. In 2022, they joined GrowUp Technology Solutions as a Senior System Engineer, where they worked until March 2023. Currently, Mostafa is employed at ITWorx as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, starting from December 2022.

Mostafa Mohamed completed their secondary education at Martyr Ahmed Radi from 2005 to 2008, focusing on literary studies. Following this, they attended the High Institute for Computers and Management Information Systems - HICMIS from 2008 to 2012 to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. In July 2012, Mostafa obtained the Microsoft Certified IT professional certification from Microsoft.
