Ray Dziubla

Ray Dziubla has a strong background in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management. Ray served as the Chief Operating Officer of ITx Companies, LLC from November 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Vice President of Healthcare Early Out Operations at UCB, Inc. from February 2018 to November 2018. Before joining UCB, Inc., Ray held the role of Director of Patient Financial Services at Augusta Health from August 2016 to February 2018. Their experience also includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Financial Health Strategies (FHS) from 2007 to April 2016. Ray was responsible for leading the organization and creating an attractive value proposition for healthcare providers, which eventually led to the acquisition of FHS by United Recovery Systems. Ray's tenure at FHS followed their role as the Director of Operations at MedAssist (now Firstsource Solutions USA) from 1994 to 2007. In this position, they oversaw multiple operating centers and managed revenue cycle solutions for various healthcare providers across the country.

Ray Dziubla completed their high school education at Andrean High School from 1983 to 1987. Ray later attended St. Joseph's College (IN) from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Management and Computer Science.
