Chenuri De Silva is a dedicated professional in Human Resource Management with 7 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, payroll processing, and HR information systems. Currently serving as the Lead - HR Business Partnering at ITX360, Chenuri oversees HR initiatives for both ITX360 and Expolanka Holdings Limited. Chenuri previously held the role of Human Resources Executive at Expolanka Holdings PLC from 2014 to 2020. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management specializing in Human Resource Management with First Class Honours, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colombo.
