Manoj Patil

Manoj Patil's work experience includes holding various positions in multiple companies. Manoj started their career at Tata Technologies as a Manager II, where they worked from 1996 to 2003. Manoj then became an SAP HR Analyst at HP from 2003 to 2004. After that, they joined Saicon as the Practice Head - HR Technologies, leading the HCM Practice in SAP and related HR Technologies. At Saicon, they worked with various clients such as Applied Materials, Vocera Communications, eBay, Cadence Design Systems, and others. Manoj worked at Saicon from 2004 to 2013. Following that, Manoj worked as a Senior Consultant, Workday at Deloitte from 2013 to 2015, leading cross-functional teams for Workday implementation projects. Manoj then moved on to ServiceNow as a Senior HR Technologist from 2015 to 2016, and later joined Pure Storage as a Senior Workday Lead from 2017 to 2018. Manoj also worked at PayPal as a Principal, Workday from 2018 to 2019, leading mission-critical design and implementation projects. Currently, Manoj is working at Mandiant, now part of Google Cloud, as the Manager, Workday, overseeing Workday-related issues and leading a cross-functional team.

Manoj Patil completed their Master of Business Administration in Computer Software Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996. Manoj also completed their HSC in Science from Fergusson College from 1990 to 1992.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj Patil obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they obtained a Performance Management Certification from Workday. In 2014, they earned a Compensation Consulting Core Certification and an HCM Core Functional Certification, both from Workday. In 2005, they obtained an SAP HCM Certification from SAP.
