Guy Strauven

Guy Strauven serves as the Well Being & Sustainability Director and HR Director at ITZU Group since February 2019, overseeing a cluster of partners in the people business, from recruitment to career coaching and outplacement. Prior to this role, Guy was the Operationeel Directeur at Itzu Career from September 2008 to February 2019, focusing on attracting and retaining motivated employees. With entrepreneurial experience as the owner of a Training & Coaching Company from 2003 to 2007, Guy developed expertise in recruitment, assessment centers, and coaching. Earlier career roles include Sales Manager at Schepens/Chemistry, Marketing Manager at Ceres/Food, Account Manager at Double You/Publicity, and Account Executive at Indus/Publicity. Guy holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from KU Leuven and completed training as a movement and running therapist/coach at IALA vzw Runningtherapie in 2017.
