Marco Praetorius is an experienced professional in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and User Experience (UX) design, currently serving as the Product Owner for CRO & Personalization at IU Internationale Hochschule, where an experimentation program is managed across multiple websites. Marco holds extensive freelance experience in CRO and UX, consulting for various clients in Germany and Switzerland. Previous roles include Head of CRO & UX at adzLocal GmbH, where significant optimizations were achieved for a diverse client base, and UX Research/Design & Conversion Optimization at FFG Finanzcheck, where Marco’s efforts expanded the team’s capabilities. Marco's career began with internships and roles focused on SEA, CRO, and multimedia development, culminating in a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in International Study Program Information Technology and Design from Technische Hochschule Lübeck.
