Dr. Niclas Stemplewski

Dr. Niclas Stemplewski has extensive work experience in various industries and positions. Dr. Niclas is currently working at Serrala as the Global Product Operations & ESG Principal, where they are responsible for maturing and standardizing product development and go-to-market processes throughout the company's product landscape. Dr. Niclas also supports the Chief Product Officer in evolving and establishing the young product group.

Before joining Serrala, Dr. Stemplewski served as the Chief of Staff at Serrala, where they improved global cross-functional alignment by enhancing processes, operating models, information flow, and organizational design based on data-driven insights. Dr. Niclas also managed and executed strategic priorities across all functions.

Prior to their roles at Serrala, Dr. Stemplewski was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of iubel, a company focused on increasing access to justice and predicting litigation outcomes. Dr. Niclas also worked at VON RUEDEN, one of Germany's largest law firms, where they led digital transformation, change management, and business development efforts.

Dr. Stemplewski co-founded Slowbrew GmbH and served as its Managing Director. Dr. Niclas also gained experience as an Associate at MÖHRLE HAPP LUTHER, a Research Assistant at Hogan Lovells, and a Legal Trainee at Bundesministerium der Finanzen (Federal Ministry of Finance). Additionally, they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Bucerius Law School, as well as a Research Assistant at Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V.

Throughout their career, Dr. Stemplewski has demonstrated success in revenue growth, team expansion, development of new business units and products, implementation of digital processes and technologies, and migration to cloud infrastructure.

Dr. Niclas Stemplewski has a diverse education history. In 2022, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they pursued a program in Data Science and Machine Learning at the Institute for Data, Systems, and Society.

The preceding year, in 2021, Dr. Stemplewski studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to gain knowledge in Program Automation: Implementation in Business.

Before that, they obtained a Doktor (Ph.D.) from the Bucerius Law School. Although the exact start year is not specified, it can be inferred that they completed their Ph.D. by 2016.
