(2015), Customer Care Representative and Customer Care Supervisor at SiteGround Web Hosting Company (2017), Customer Success Manager at ShippyPro (2021), and Sr. Technical Sales at iubenda (2023).

Mattia Contri completed a Master Degree in English Linguistic Mediation and Marketing/Tourism Management at the Scuola Superiore per Mediatori Linguistici di Pisa from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Mediazione Linguistica e culturale in ambito Turistico-imprenditoriale from the Università per Stranieri di Siena from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Codecademy for the Learn Express Course, Learn HTML Course, Learn JavaScript Course, and Learn React Course, all obtained in September 2022. Mattia also obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council in May 2015.
