Tiziana Martano has a varied work experience, beginning in 2015 with an internship at CEICC - Europe Direct Napoli, where they had daily contact with foreign people, Erasmus students and immigrants, and was responsible for organizing and participating in intercultural meetings, non-formal Italian courses, and distributing information about the European Union in schools. Tiziana also translated press releases from English to Italian. In 2018, Tiziana worked as a Shop Assistant at Mandile Jewellery and as a Freelance Features Writer at Napolike, where they wrote short articles about city life and events around Napoli, and was required to use SEO and the WordPress platform. In 2019, they worked as a Freelance Translator at Erasmusu and as a Front Office Clerk at Universita degli Studi di Napoli "L'Orientale". Finally, in 2020, Tiziana worked as a Translator and Customer Service Specialist at Wise Ltd., where they provided customer support via phone, chat and email in both Italian and English, and resolved problems related to payments and the use of the website itself. Tiziana Martano has a diverse educational background. Tiziana completed a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Linguistic Mediation from Università di Napoli L'Orientale in 2016. Tiziana then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Comparative Literature from the same university, which they completed in 2019.
